At Mohan Associates we offer fully integrated systems, ensuring convenient accessibility for clients via:

  • Phone :We are accessible via our Phone numbers
  • Email : Upon receiving the request the client will be provided with a single point of contact, including email and telephone particulars, and a reference tag for their Brief and particulars. These are meticulously archived by our Para-legal staff
  • Fax : We would be delighted to maintain all correspondence and delivery on fax at the specific requests of clients.
  • FTP : Projects may be submitted directly to Mohan Associate’s server via File Transfer Protocol (FTP). Your contact at Mohan Associates would be providing the FTP codes upon request.
  • Personal Collection : For highly sensitive information, we offer an in-person pick up of projects. This would be done at minimal cost by our staff throughout India. We are also happy to pick up work from other destinations at the client’s requests.

Work Flow

  • Submission of time scale and cost estimate to clients
  • Allocation of unique project code and dedicated team
  • Client managers will be in touch with clients for any further clarifications and communications
  • “Osmosis” system of quality control to ensure quality at every stage of the project
