Mohan Associates has developed a proprietary seamless delivery platform.  This provides the basis for structuring our other technologies.  This ensures secure and timely data delivery.

This includes:

  • Virtual Office Environment, allowing real time interaction between our people and clients
  • Servers with back up in Linux on Intel Server, ensuring the creation of at least 2 secure backup copies
  • Hosting VOIP and data traffic
  • Dedicated video conferencing facilities and virtual boardrooms

Data security and integrity is absolute in Mohan Associates.  In addition to security measures in our electronic platforms, we enforce rigorous security practises in working space.

This extends to:

  • No access for removable media
  • Continuous checks on employee outputs
  • Monitored internet connections
  • Encryption of all draft and final outputs

We have affirmed our commitment to security by hiring a dedicated electronic security consultancy to undertake fortnightly checks and updates in our systems.
