Starting off as one of India’s pioneering intellectual property litigation firm founded by Mr.A.A.Mohan, Mohan Associates has come a long way in the past 15 years by rapidly expanding its repertoire of services.
Constantly innovating and being receptive to client needs, has seen us progress to an end-to-end intellectual property service provider. Such progress has been incremental, and addition of specialisations has always been an organic process.
The biggest boost to our firm came in 1998, with the joining of Mrs.Brinda Mohan, a patent engineer and attorney. She oversaw the rapid expansion of the firm’s filing, registry and portfolio maintenance practice.

Our expansion was propelled entirely by the increasing IP legal requirements of our clients. Keeping an ear to the ground on new developments, our efforts over a decade cumulated in our ability to handle entire IP portfolio needs of our clients.
